TERMS & CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION
By entering this giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you (the “participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter (as defined below) about the giveaway on Lil-Lets Platform form part of these terms and conditions.
1. The Promoter
The promoter of the Giveaway is Lil-Lets UK Limited of Radcliffe House, Blenheim Court, Solihull, West Midlands, B91 2AA. (the “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
a. The Giveaway is open to all residents over the age of 18, who are residing in the United Kingdom, other than employees or agents of the Promoter, or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this giveaway are not eligible to enter.
b. There is no proof of purchase necessary to enter, however, the Participant needs to follow the process detailed in Clause 5 of these Terms and Conditions for a valid entry.
3. The Samples T&Cs
a. Only one sample per person.
b. Samples are not for resale.
c. Samples are only delivered to those entering from within the United Kingdom.
d. While stocks last (up to 180 reusable applicators)
e. Correct address needs to be provided for a successful delivery.
f. Samples will only be delivered from July onwards.
4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway is open from the 12th June 2024 until 11.59 (23.59) 30th June 2024 (“Giveaway Period”).
5. Entry
a. To enter the giveaway participants must fully complete the sign up form on Lil-Lets Meta page and enter their first name, surname, email address, postal address and agree to these T&Cs.
b. Only one entry per person is permitted. If the same person submits twice this will be classed as one entry.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
a. The Promoter may use any personal information submitted on the entry form or in the Content to advise participants of future promotions and to provide information about products of the Promoter or its associated companies that may be of interest. The participant hereby consents to such personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy. The participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
b. The Promoter may utilise the data provided in the sign up for marketing and/or statistical purposes, with no compensation being payable to the Participant. For clarity, this data shall include, inter alia, any responses given by the Participant in the completion of the survey. The Promoter undertakes that the responses shall be used with the utmost care, and that identifiable personal information of the Participant shall not be used for public advertising.
c. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions or for the purposes of operating the Promotion, the details and information provided by the participant when entering the Promotion or claiming a prize will not be used for any promotional purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.
7. General
a. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this giveaway whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
b. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of this giveaway.
c. The Promoter reserves the right to utilise any information from the survey for its advertising and marketing purposes and shall not be liable to notify or pay any compensation to the Participant for this use.
d. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive a reusable applicator due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the giveaway.
e. By entering the giveaway, the participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
f. This giveaway, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this giveaway.
